EXPERIENCE

Mr. Forehand has over eight years experience in design and construction management.  Design has included commercial and residential projects from conception sketches to fully functional construction drawing and specification.  Construction management has included both vertical and horizontal commercial and residential projects.

Prior to forming F&B Builders, Inc., Mr. Forehand spent one year working for an architect and three year for a design-build general contractor.  During that time Mr. Forehand was a project manager for commercial projects including office, sales, medical, storage and extended stay facilities.  As a project manager Mr. Forehand was responsible for design, estimating, permitting, scheduling and job cost tracking.  

As President of F&B Builders, Inc., Mr. Forehand is the state certificated licensed holder and qualifying agent.  Mr. Forehand is also responsible for daily operations of the company as well as serves a project manger overseeing construction actives, estimating and project development.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Birmingham has over ten years experience in design and construction management.  Design and construction management has included commercial and residential building projects as well as roadway and sub-division projects. All phases of projects have been applied from conception, hands on design, bidding processes, and management of all construction phases.

Mr. Birmingham worked for three engineering firms and owned a construction company prior to forming F&B Builders, Inc.  Mr. Birmingham has spent the previous seven years working on numerous residential, commercial, and sub-division projects.  Prior to that he worked in the engineering field for five years and his duties included; roadway inspection, roadway evaluations, roadway design and bidding, roadway construction management, sub-division layout, FDOT office engineering, concrete and piling inspection, and all storm-water applications.  

As Vice-President of F&B Builders, Inc.,  Mr. Birmingham is responsible for daily operations of the company as well as serves a project manger overseeing construction actives, estimating and project development. Mr. Birmingham is also a state certificated building contractor.
