ICF BUILDER CERTIFIED

F & B Builders is a qualified ICF Builder and for those of you who are not familiar with this type of building structure, it is the future of the building industry. It is popular for residential and commercial construction. ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms) are energy-efficient, fire-resistant, sound-proof, and durable. The homes are tornado and hurricane-proof and stand up to earthquakes, fire and other natural disasters as well when constructed by a qualified ICF builder such as F & B Builders.

Styrofoam is a lightweight EPS foam from which the homes are constructed. The hollow blocks are stacked like Legos to form the exterior walls and when completed, the interior of the wall is filled with steel reinforced concrete to create a strong and energy efficient home.
